Amazing Fez to Chefchaouen Day Trip
In my visit to Morocco, I took Fez to Chefchaouen Day Trip. Thanks to the well organized
vehicles and the professional driver, who was a fluent English speaker, he made
the experience more enjoyable due to the effective communication between us,
and gives it the impression of friends-trip. I had a fascinating trip I would
never regret to.
As our local guide recounted to us, Chefchaouen is an old city that
reflects its glorious past, it is considered as a crown of what is called in
Morocco Rif Mountains. I really liked
the idea of panting most of houses and walls just in one united color, blue and
decorating them with other light colors which make a stunning view, especially when
I had a look at the whole city from the top of a high hill. These astonishing
views’ pictures of Chefchaouen are available
on the website of the agency, they exactly convey the truth.
Additionally to these outside views of the city, our
guide took us little more deep within it through blue narrow maze-like streets,
streets that count their history by themselves, and reflect the richness of
Moroccan handmade artifacts. Later on in our visit, we moved to visit variant historical
landmarks, such as the Kasbah, the AndalucĂan architecture, and very astonishing
mosques like the Mosque
in the Palace Uta’Hammam and the Mosque of the main saint of the North. Then we reached the end of this amazing trip, the driver dropped us off to Fez to our accommodations.
This trip is among the best ones I
had in Morocco, which I will absolutely return to have it one more time later. The
blue city, Chefchaouen, gives us the impression of calmness with its colors,
and safety with its huge walls protecting her from any outside danger.
